I wish. . .

Emma and Tommy Goldsberry were sitting at the kitchen table eating their snack and coloring after school on Friday. Tommy says, "I wish that I could just make this coloring be done and it would like just like that(the car he was copying)."

Emma says, "I know I wish all the time for things that just can’t happen. Like I wish my daddy could stay home all day from work. And. . .(more under her breath) I wish someone else would clean my room."

They ended with wishing for a big kid party! A party with no adults and no teenagers where they could just eat cake and treats.
